The company Shoptixes respects and protects your privacy. Below we provide important information about how we process the General Terms and Conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all activities permitted on the online store available at www.Shoptixes.pt (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").

These General Terms and Conditions are binding for all users. We ask you to read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these General Terms and Conditions or if you completely disagree with them, you should not use our Website or our services. The Terms and Conditions represent a valid contract concluded between you and the Company.

The owner of the Website will exercise due diligence to ensure that the data presented on the Website are detailed and up to date. At the same time, the Website owner reserves the right to change the Website content or stop updating it at any time, without any prior notice. Additionally, the Website owner may also change the services, products, prices, or programs described on this Website at any time and without any notice.


USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

The Company operates the online store according to these General Terms and Conditions. The online store is available to buyers at any time, although the Company reserves the right to temporarily disable or suspend the online store without prior notice.

It is possible that the online store may be temporarily unavailable or that payments may be temporarily impossible to process due to maintenance or updates. The Company will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during the maintenance and/or updating of the online store.


PLACING ORDERS IN THE ONLINE STORE

The sales contract between the Supplier and the Buyer is considered concluded when the Buyer confirms the order (the Buyer receives a confirmation email with the status "Order Confirmed"). From this moment on, the prices and all other purchase conditions are fixed and applicable to both the Supplier and the Buyer. The sales contract is stored on the Company’s server in electronic format.

Purchase procedure:

  • Step 1: In the offer available in the online store, the Buyer selects the desired item and quantity and confirms the choice by clicking "Add to Cart". If the Buyer wishes to purchase multiple different items, the process must be repeated for each individual item. Once the Buyer completes the selection process, they may proceed to checkout by clicking "Proceed to Checkout".

  • Step 2: At this step, the Buyer fills out the form with the necessary personal data for delivery of the order. After completing the form, the Buyer may, in certain cases, choose among various delivery options and add other products or services to the order. The estimated delivery date is also provided at this step. Before finalizing the order, the Buyer can choose from several payment methods. Considering the selected payment method, the final amount payable is recalculated before the purchase is completed. The Buyer confirms the purchase by clicking the "Complete Purchase" button.

After completing the purchase, the Website shows a confirmation message indicating the order was successfully submitted along with the order details. Additionally, the Buyer receives a confirmation email at the address provided in Step 2, which contains a general description of the order, instructions for product use, and instructions for order pickup or complaint filing if the Buyer is unsatisfied with the product or no longer wants it.

The total purchase price, including delivery or other applicable charges, will be charged after order confirmation. We will inform you of any additional costs before you submit your order. Additional costs may be related to the selected payment method.


PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS, AND PROMOTIONS

Prices

All prices indicated on the Website are in EUR and include VAT. Prices apply from the moment the order is placed. The offer is valid until canceled.

NOTICE: This is a retail online store exclusively for end consumers (B2C). For this reason, we do not allow B2B sales on this Website and do not offer invoicing options for legal entities. This also means that subsequent invoice corrections (from individuals to companies) are not permitted, as sales transactions are concluded exclusively with individuals.

If you want to establish a B2B relationship with our company and purchase large quantities of our products (full packages/pallets with a minimum purchase value of 5000 EUR + VAT), you can contact our wholesale store via email.

Payment methods

You can use the following payment methods in our online store:

  • Payment on delivery — in cash or by credit card; the Buyer can pay the invoice to the carrier delivering the goods to the Buyer's address;

  • Credit card payment;

  • PayPal payment.

The Company reserves the right to verify the selected payment method through authentication means. Additionally, we reserve the right to review the payment method in more detail by requesting proof of payment.

You have been informed that you must pay the full order amount (including any transaction and delivery costs) according to the selected payment method. You guarantee that you have the capacity and right to perform transactions with the selected credit card or other payment method.

Promotions

The Website also offers discounts and other promotions that reduce product prices ("promotions"). Each promotion offers a reduced price during a specified limited period. The reduced price applies to all purchases made during the promotion.

Some promotions are only aimed at new users who have not yet made purchases in our online store. In this case, such promotion does not apply to existing users. Any attempt to misuse such promotions will be immediately blocked and email addresses used for misuse will be deleted without prior notice. Generally, discounts and other promotions are not cumulative unless explicitly stated otherwise.


COSTS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

Prices do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown in the online store where you can select your delivery method. Our company offers two delivery methods: standard and express. The main difference is that express orders are processed and packed with higher priority. Before selecting the desired delivery method, check the price shown next to each option. When submitting your order, you will see a summary showing the purchase cost, delivery cost, and total cost.

If you choose payment on delivery, the carrier will charge the delivery fee at the time of order submission. If you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal, the fee will not be charged separately.

Ordered products will be delivered to the address entered on our Website as the delivery address.

Estimated delivery time is provided to the Buyer at the time of order submission. The Company reserves the right to extend the delivery time in case of high demand or delivery delays. Deliveries are usually made before noon. If you cannot receive the order then, the carrier will try to arrange a new delivery method and place with you.

If the carrier does not contact the Buyer, it will attempt delivery again the next working day. If the second attempt fails, the order and its contents will be returned to the sender.

Delivery fees for unsuccessful deliveries and prepaid orders are refunded automatically within 8 (eight) business days from the return registration by the warehouse or from the moment the Company determines that delivery was unsuccessful.


SAFETY WARNINGS ABOUT PRODUCT USE

Using products from our online store may pose certain risks to life and physical integrity. You must explicitly confirm that you understand and fully accept these risks. By ordering and/or using such products, you acknowledge these risks, which may include illness, injury, disability, or death. You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from ordering and/or using the products.

Before using any product, you should read its usage instructions.

Each product must be tested safely before use. If you are unsure how to test the product, please do not use it, inform us of this situation, or return the product.

The company assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages incurred from using the products ordered on the Website, regardless of whether products are used correctly or incorrectly by the Buyer or a third party. This exclusion applies as permitted by law.

If a claim is made against the Company, its liability for damages is limited to three times the market price of the product.

We strive to offer product descriptions and photographs as detailed and accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all product information and photos are completely accurate. Since some products are sourced from various suppliers, there may be differences in packaging or product appearance. These differences do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.


RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

A Buyer making a purchase in our online store has the right to withdraw from the Contract. This withdrawal may be communicated within 14 days of delivery and must be communicated to the Company through the delivery service. The Buyer is not required to state the reason for the withdrawal. This right to withdraw only applies to Buyers who are individuals purchasing goods and services for purposes unrelated to their professional or commercial activity.
