Exchanges and Returns

In accordance with applicable legal terms, Shoptixes allows the exchange or return of ordered and received items within 15 days from the date of receipt.

The customer must contact our team by email before proceeding with the return. Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase.

Only products that are in good condition and in their complete original packaging will be accepted.

All items will be inspected upon arrival at our facilities, and only those that meet the return conditions outlined above will be accepted for exchange or refund.

If the customer wishes to request a refund, please note:

• The refund will be made via bank transfer.

• Shipping costs for returning the items to our facilities are the responsibility of the customer.

• The refund will only be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned products.
